Background
How We Got Here
Since 2001, OTC has delivered the Time/Power Management Workshop® inside Fortune 500 companies and global organizations across five continents — reaching more than 5,000 people.
Today, more than 350 of those professionals lead teams and organizations as Directors and VPs.
A pattern became clear: participants adopt the structure and it holds, even under sustained workload pressure.
But when delivery relies on workshops alone,
the model depends on continuity of people.
As staff turns over, the effect fades.
For it to hold beyond the individual level, the model must live in the organization's operating rules.
That insight led OTC beyond workshop delivery toward installation at the organizational level.
The workshop remains the foundation.
With the operating model in place at the organizational level, it holds even as people come and go.

Founder & Principal Consultant
Wolfgang is the founder of OTC and the architect of the Time/Power Management System.
His work replaces the assumptions behind traditional time management with operating structures that hold under sustained workload pressure.
He has worked with organizations across Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
Marie-Jose Kaasenbrood
Partner, North America
Marie-Jose brings senior executive experience to OTC’s work, having served in VP and CEO roles in global organizations.
Based in California, she leads OTC's work in North America and has installed the Time/Power Management System at the individual, team, and organizational level.
